Where it all began...
My name is Justin Krueger and I am a candidate for Outagamie County Executive. I was born in Appleton, grew up in Kimberly and currently live in Combined Locks. I am 41. I have been married to my wife Abbey for 15 years. We have two children, Gracie 13, and Rowen 10. I am a graduate of Xavier High School and St. Norbert College.
Serving others...
Currently, I care for adults with Special Needs. Autism is my specialty. I started a company on April 15th, 2012 called Your Neighborhood Living, Inc. We provided residential services (group homes) for over 30 individuals over the last 10 years. Before that, I ran a Vocational program that taught workplace skills to adults with Special Needs. Before that I provided Behavioral therapy services with children with Autism.
My leadership
I took a leadership training curriculum in College. One year after graduation I joined the Combined Locks Village Board. I am in my 16th year in that role. I also serve on the Fox Valley Technical College Board of Trustees. I've had that role for 8 years. I have also spent the last 6 years representing Kimberly and Combined Locks on the Outagamie County Board of Supervisors. I am Vice Chair of the Health and Human Services Committee.
Community involvement
I feel that I have a gift of getting the best out of people. I feel I am really good at inspiring people and groups to accomplish things not thought possible. I have watched such events occur countless times throughout my personal and professional career. I truly love this community and seek to serve in a greater capacity. It is my personal belief that County operations and services are in need of new life. I would like to provide that spark. I am concerned about the staffing gaps across all departments of Outagamie County. I am more concerned about the talented leadership that has left our county to seek employment with other municipalities.

I believe that Local Government is the best form of Government. Here the community needs are personal, and the impact of our efforts are obvious. This county is made up of 35 different local municipalities. I want to improve their connection to Outagamie County. I have served most of my adult life within Local Government.
